The goal is to guide, inspire, and empower you to live your most authentic, happy, and healthy life.
After a comprehensive lifestyle analysis, we identify and clarify your health and wellness goals.
Based on that you’ll get a plan with recommendations on ways to improve your well-being and energy balance through a holistic lifestyle. After 1 week, I’ll give you a free 15 min follow-up (online).

45 Min Session | Bio-Well Scan | review and discussion of your energetic state
The specialized Bio-Well camera provides a unique way to view the human energy field in remarkable detail simply by scanning the tips of our fingers. The accompanying software allows us to evaluate our energy and stress levels as well as the balance of bodily organs and systems. One fun and educational session includes 3 scans – two before and one after a 10-minute sound healing session, a report and a unique music file that you can use at home to ease your body into relaxation and balance. Insights Bio-Well Session
1 Hour | HeartMath® Session | establish stress triggers | learn to shift and create renewing emotions
Our fast-paced busy lifestyles and mass information disables us from connecting to our inner self. More and more people deal with emotional energy drain such as overwhelm, frustration, exhaustion, or anxiety.
In this session we establish what triggers your stress. You will learn a technique developed by the HeartMath® Institute which helps you to build resilience and shifts you away from depleting emotions to calmness, joy, and ease.
After this session you can choose to continue with the ‘Transforming Stress & Emotions Package’ package, which I highly recommend. In this personalized course you will learn all the HeartMath® techniques, equipping you with powerful and effective tools that you can use whenever and wherever you need them. However, if you are only able to do one session, you will still be able to see the benefits, if practiced daily.

Transforming Stress
4 x 1 hour Session |Six HeartMath® Techniques
The program consists of 4 one-hour sessions (ideally weekly). They are delivered on a personalized level and tailored to your specific needs. You will learn six HeartMath® techniques which help you to gain and maintain your energy, improve your ability to focus and lower stress.
During the program, we will establish your stressors as well as attitudes and behaviors you would like to change. The techniques are very simple and easy to learn, yet they are powerful and effective and can be used at any time – in the car, at work, at home – wherever and whenever you need them. Everyone, including children can benefit from learning these techniques.
