Dr. Bruce Daggy
I am Christina, and as a Biofeedback Practitioner and Holistic Wellness Mentor, I make you aware of your state of well-being using modern technology backed by science and the art of listening.
I specialize in stress, how it affects your body, what triggers it and how to manage or overcome it.
I work in two ways. One is to teach you simple techniques to manage your specific stress. The other one is looking at your lifestyle choices. Quite often, they are not ideal for our health. I help you discover options that serve your health and that are in line with nature.
Biofeedback helps to go even deeper and identify what systems or organs in your body compromise for your stress.
The path to wellbeing is different for everyone. My insights come from years of working in the spa and wellness industry, my personal roadblocks, and my practices of cultivating healthy habits for myself and my family.
